This is a full-body workout similar to our other Barre classes; however, cardio is the main focus! We implement low-impact Tabata/plyometric exercises that gets your body straight into the fat burning zone. Tabata is a researched regimen that uses 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest in a cycle of eight. If you want to burn fat fast,try our Tabata Barre!!
