We offer a variety of classes in Studio C that incorporate the principles of Pilates. We aim to get your heart rate pumping, burn fat, build long lean muscles and improve flexibility.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel class if there are less than 2 people signed up in a single class. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and ask that you please be patient with us as we build up new class times.

The memberships are the most cost effective option for our Pilates clients who come 1-3x per week. It's the best way to see and feel the benefits of a regular Pilates practice, your bones will strengthen, muscles will tone and firm, and you will look fit.
