For your first session, please arrive 15-20 minutes early for your first class to complete registration forms and get the low down on the studio. You can sign up and pay online for your first class using one of our intro specials or contact us to schedule your appointment.
Going forward, please always arrive 5-10 minutes early for class. Any late arrival may result in the loss of your spot to a walk-in client. If you are going to be late please always notify us so we can hold your spot.
We have an 18-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations within this time period will deduct a class from your package. However, if you notify us in this time frame we will do our best to find someone to take your spot. If we are successful, we will credit back your class.
Wear comfortable fitted workout apparel. You’ll be laying down some of the time with your hands or legs in the air, so make sure your clothes move with you. You can either use grip socks or bare feet. We carry a variety of toesox's with non-slip soles if you need to purchase some before your workout.
Stay hydrated. Water is available in the studio, but please bring your own refillable bottle.
We have cubbies for storing your personal belongings during class.
Please mute your cell phones and refrain from using them while in the studio and boutique.
Please be respectful to the instructor and other students and refrain from social conversations during class. We want everyone to experience the mind body connection made during class.
Please be clean of body and perfumes when visiting or practicing in our studio.
