Pilates Napa Valley delivers whole body strength, improved muscle tone, proper alignment and flexibility in dynamic, gracefully-paced, flowing, mindful workout. We teach (or remind) you how to initiate movement from your core: deep abdominals, obliques, back and spine extensors, inner thighs, glutes and hips, to slim, stabilize and move with efficiency and grace. It's safe, highly effective and most of all lots of FUN! Our method, when practiced one-hour, 3 times a week, guarantees you will begin to feel and look noticeably slimmer, more radiant and stress-free within 30 days.
Our inspiring, certified Pilates instructors guide you through a series of 10-15 classic and contemporary Pilates movements throughout the hour, from lying down to kneeling, to standing and beyond! No mindless repetitions, only movement with intention, integrating mind, body and spirit, challenging your muscles to re-awake and tone up!
